3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via call or online channels where available.
• We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen technician unavailability or emergencies.

4. Payments

Currently, all payments are made offline directly to the service technician. Nexerv Technologies Private Limited does not process or collect online payments at this time.

5. Technician Conduct

We only work with verified professionals. However, if you face any misconduct, please report it to us immediately for prompt action.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from service interruptions, technician actions, or delays unless proven to be caused by our direct negligence.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
