This Warranty & Refund Policy explains the terms under which Nexerv Technologies Private Limited provides service guarantees and handles refund-related issues for our appliance repair and maintenance services.
1. Warranty Policy
We offer a limited service warranty on select repairs and services, subject to the following conditions:
- Warranty is applicable only on specific services explicitly mentioned during the booking or billing process.
- The warranty period, where applicable, is up to 28 days from the date of service completion.
- The warranty covers only the same issue reported earlier and resolved by our technician.
- Warranty is void in case of misuse, tampering, or damage caused by the customer after service.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds may be considered under the following scenarios:
- If the service was not delivered as agreed or the issue remains unresolved despite multiple attempts.
- If a technician was assigned but never visited, and no service was rendered.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed services where the customer agreed to the resolution and payment has been made.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service delivery via email or phone.
3. Exclusions
- Issues not related to the original complaint or new problems arising post-service.
- Complaints raised after the warranty period has expired.
- Products or parts purchased separately by the customer are not covered.
