28-Day Warranty

Most repairs are covered for 28 days. This includes labor and any parts supplied by our professionals.

₹199 Visit Fee

Applied only if you cancel a job after a professional has accepted the booking and is nearby.

48-Hour Approval

Warranty claims are investigated and typically approved within 48 hours of filing.

1. Warranty Coverage

Nexerv provides a service guarantee to ensure the job is done right. Our marketplace model ensures accountability:

  • Duration: Standard repair services carry a 28-day warranty from the date of completion. Specific service categories may vary; check your booking details.
  • Service Failure: If the original issue persists, Nexerv will re-dispatch the same professional to rectify the problem at no cost.
  • The 3-Attempt Rule: If the issue remains unresolved after three (3) repair attempts for the same problem, Nexerv will issue a full refund.
  • Professional Liability: Any accidental damage caused by the professional during the service is covered under this warranty.

2. Spare Parts Policy

Covered

All spare parts supplied by the professional are fully covered under the Nexerv warranty period.

Not Covered

Any parts supplied by the customer are excluded from our warranty. We are not liable for the failure of these parts.

3. Refund & Cancellations

A. Cancellation Fees

  • Customer Cancellation: If a job is accepted by a professional and subsequently cancelled by the customer, a Visit Fee of ₹199 will be charged.
  • Partner Cancellation: If the service professional cancels the booking, no fee is charged to the customer.

B. Refund Eligibility

  • Midway Cancellation: No refunds are provided if the customer cancels the job while work is in progress.
  • Unfinished Jobs: We do not offer partial refunds. A job is either completed (payment due) or cancelled by the partner (full refund issued).
  • Completion Requirement: Refunds are only processed after the formal investigation of a completed service or a partner-led cancellation.
